We have a long history of enabling people to talk together about significant issues. Things that are important and the stories that go with them.
Over the last three years, this has included developing and delivering podcasts that are heard around the world. And coaching others to become good podcasters too.
Steve has now launched Good Podcasting Works – individually tailored coaching sessions that help you move from knowledge and aspiration to using your voice and shipping your podcast. Free discovery calls are available.
As well as weekly broadcasts of Alpaca Tribe from the valley, Steve also produces Pod Buffet and is the head coach for The Podcasting Workshop, a remarkable Akimbo Workshop created by Seth Godin and Alexandra DiPalma.
Look and listen
ALPACA TRIBE: Believe it or not, this is currently the only podcast in the world about alpacas. And it comes from The Waterside (and our Welsh Valley Alpaca herd).
For owners, want-to-be-owners, or those who simply have the alpaca gene, Steve’s weekly podcast is full of stories, interviews and insights into all things alpaca. And it has a global following.
POD BUFFET: An eclectic mix of new podcasts from fresh new podcasters around the world. Short but sweet, the daily episodes will give you a 5-minute taster that will entice you to listen more – just follow the links in the show notes. Now into its third series.
Not sure what to listen to next? Pod Buffet will help you choose!

Quiet Disruptors

When Sue started using the phrase quiet disruptor in 2018 she was unprepared for the response. Rather than questioning its definition, people were trying it on for size and finding a sense of permission to be a different kind of change-maker.
She launched Quiet Disruptors in 2018 with a manifesto, followed by a daily blog and then the book Quiet Disruptors: Creating Change Without Shouting in 2021.
Waterside Voices
Currently, Waterside Voices is the publishing arm for our books and podcasts.
During 2022 we are exploring how to expand its scope, providing a wider platform to support people who have something regenerative to share.
